Filipinos are known for their love of music. We have so many talented singers that can compete internationally. Because of this love, music lounges and KTV/videoke bars are sprouting everywhere. Events like birthdays, friends and family get-together, parties and special celebrations are not complete without a videoke that can be rented for Php 500 a day. Where each guest can’t wait to have a hand on the microphone and belted-out their favorite songs. There are voices that are pleasant to the ear and voices that are best kept in the shower room. But these won’t stop them from shouting err.. singing their beloved piece.

Valentines Day coming soon
It’s almost February and the most *romantic* day of the year is just around the corner, the day of the hearts, Valentines Day. So I’m sure lovers are already preparing for a gift for their sweethearts. What could it be, chocolates, bouquet of flowers, stuffed toys or valentines lingerie? By the way, I haven’t received that kind of gift (the last one) ever. lol.. Gift stores are already displaying valentine items and flower shops are also getting ready for the big turn-out of shoppers especially the day before and on the actual day, where prices are usually soaring up because of the big demand. And typically hotels, motels and fancy restaurants will be fully-booked.
