No Cable – Boring…..
Last Saturday, I decided to take a breather from my long hours in front of the monitor and have my eyes rest for a while. So I turned on the TV to watch my favorite programs, usually action/detective series or movies.
But then all I got was a bzzzz sounds and no picture. Waa no cable connection!!! So I switched to local channels, unfortunately only one channel had clear reception and the current program airing was a celebrity talk show. It was really a boring show with hosts bobbling senseless celebrity news and gossips like who has a crush on this and that star, who was linked to this and that, as if it was true for all you know this was just publicity stunts/gimmicks for the coming movies or telenovelas.
Nothing was new really, same old run-of-the-mill question and answer interviews between hosts and celebrities, only the faces that has change. I have seen new unfamiliar faces, said to be the up-coming stars in the making (gosh I’m really getting old). And what do you know, the commercials were longer than the show itself which means companies were spending millions to advertise their products, oh well, maybe I’m the only who is not a fan of this kind of program. Naah, it will only get interesting if there are showbiz scandals to talk about. haha.
Yes, with no cable signal and no local news to watch I would rather stick to my computer and play poker on my Facebook account, at least it gives me some excitement, I can curse with myself when I go all-in and go pfft. lol…
Sorry for the rant.. 
no cable = boring.
It doesn’t happen too often here at home too but if it does, life is a total bore. Maybe its a sign that I should get my eyes off anything electronic.

haha boring pag walang mapapanood na maganda…buti na lang di ako mahilig manood ng tv kahit teleserye pa heheeh….mag farmtown or farmville na lang ako…naglalaro ka nito Jo…neighbor tayo nyahahaha
naku Kat d ako mahilig manood ng teleserye, naiinis ako sa mga paawa effect, sometimes I find it very stupid for the main characters to react to some kind of situations. not playing farmville na, got addicted to poker hehehe..
Here every time after brownout when kids will open the TV, cable is down too. This happen every day, because we have power cut 2 hours everyday.. So same with Sky cable too..
wow, so I was thinking of subscribing to sky pa nmn.
Aw. Who’s your cable provider? We’re with Sky and so far, their downtime doesn’t happen too often, and not for too long at that. Good customer service too.

We don’t have cable connection too, I hate Sky Cable, they’ve been on and off for a month now.
